**Position Overview**

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) serves as an integral member of the ILC group and Leadership team. The position requires significant collaboration with the Executive Chairman and senior personnel.

The COO will manage all core operations in Singapore and business development in the Caribbean and Africa by partnering with local enterprises on leadership and management development for civil servants and private organisations. The COO will lead key management personnel in designing and delivering high-quality leadership training services while planning and posturing for future success. The COO will play a key role in the development and implementation of ILC’s overseas extension plan, oversee organizational planning, and serve as a critical thought partner and advisor to the Executive Chairman. The role requires motivation, collaboration, and an entrepreneurial spirit able to work in a culturally different environment, able to think without a box, overcome boundaries and land with a passion for educational equity.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in the Spanish Language to serve the Caribbean Region
- Ability to travel for long periods.
- Demonstrated experience in training and consultancy
- Demonstrated experience in foreign government trade and policies related
- Minimum 5 years of leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams that deliver results.
- Has been in senior leadership roles across multiple functions for at least three years.
- Experience building systems in a growing service-oriented organization, education sector is a plus.
- Strong financial fluency; ability to lead teams and organizations in designing and implementing strong data-driven cultures, systems, and processes; and,
- Demonstrated ability to perform the analyses required to support strategic decision-making and use financial indicators to manage organizational performance.
