We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chief Operations Officer to lead our technical operations team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our technical infrastructure.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of driving business growth through process improvement and innovation.

About the Role:

The Chief Operations Officer will play a critical role in developing and implementing operational strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

This includes overseeing service readiness standards, release protocols, and rollback procedures, as well as defining measurable SLOs and SLAs across all production systems.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end incident management, including detection, escalation, resolution, and postmortems.
  • Develop and maintain operational tooling, observability, and automated monitoring for high availability.
  • Drive capacity planning, usage forecasting, and vendor management to optimize operational costs.
  • Serve as the executive escalation point for critical product and infrastructure incidents.

  • Strong background in operations management and experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through process improvement and innovation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with service readiness standards, release protocols, and rollback procedures.
