Job Title: Chief Financial Operations Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused financial professional to join our team. As the Chief Financial Operations Officer, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations for a portfolio of clients across various industries.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Manage daily and monthly bookkeeping for assigned clients (multiple industries).
    • Support the month-end close process, including journal entries and accruals.
    • Assist in preparing weekly/monthly financial reports, dashboards, and cash flow updates.
    • Communicate with clients regularly to gather information and provide updates.
    • Maintain compliance with client-specific processes and accounting standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Singapore Tax.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Self-driven and resourceful.
