Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations and drive strategic planning. As the key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

About the Role:

  • Oversight of full spectrum of financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting using ERP systems.
  • Preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
  • Liaison with external auditors, corporate secretariat, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements, and statutory obligations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant financial management experience, ideally within the SME manufacturing sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to daily finance operations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (preferably SyteLine) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
