Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring that all financial activities are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Management: Develop and implement effective financial management systems, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Accounting and Auditing: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, manage audits, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify areas of improvement, develop strategies to optimize financial performance, and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow management, ensure timely payment of bills, and maintain adequate liquidity.
  • Investment and Financing: Assist in investment and financing decisions, evaluate financial risks, and develop strategies to minimize losses.

Requirements

To be successful as a Chief Financial Officer, you must have:

  • A degree or professional qualification in Accountancy, such as CFA, ACCA, CPA, or other relevant qualifications.
  • No less than 7 years' experience in financial management, preferably in Real Estate development projects in Singapore.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's financial policies, corporate financial regulations, and procedures, as well as proficiency in relevant financial and tax laws and regulations.
  • Strong capabilities in capital management, cost control, risk control, and financial analysis.
  • Good organizational, coordination, communication skills, and teamwork spirit, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages to handle queries and feedback from English and Mandarin-speaking associates, clients, and customers.
