Job Description:

We are seeking a Global Learning Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our learning and development initiatives.

About the Role:
As a Global Learning Strategist, you will be responsible for analyzing and aligning training needs with business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to co-design curriculum and initiatives that meet people development needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-develop and implement learning strategies and programs aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Partner with global teams to build and deliver effective learning solutions.
  • Oversee annual L&D planning across all zones, leveraging Learning Management Systems and operations continuous improvement.
  • Support talent development initiatives, including leadership and emerging talent development programs.
  • Work on other projects/tasks assigned related to People and Culture.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a global / regional learning and talent management role or Professional HR consulting firm.
  • Exceptional understanding of L&D best practices, tools, methodologies, and more.
  • Ability to engage and influence all levels of employees and leaders.
  • Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and consultation skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
