About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Associate to join our team at Far East Organization.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling reception/front desk duties, providing exceptional service to hotel guests, and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Deliver outstanding service to guests, maintaining a professional demeanor and attitude throughout their stay.
- Familiarize yourself with room types and rates, as well as their availability status, to up-sell opportunities whenever possible.
- Handle cashiering functions accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
- Take ownership of problems, address guest complaints promptly, and report incidents to supervisors as necessary.
- Provide guests with accurate information regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and events upon request.
- Maintain effective communication and working relationships with all hotel personnel.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum Diploma qualification in any field.
- Relevant work experience will be considered.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts.
- Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, particularly with familiarity of the Opera system.
Compensation Package
Our competitive salary range for this role is between $3,500 - $4,200 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. This estimate takes into account the typical compensation for similar positions in the hospitality industry within our location.
