Procurement Specialist

Purchasing Admins are responsible for managing inventory and coordinating with production staff. They liaise with customers on orders and provide shipment schedules.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with customers to confirm orders and provide shipment updates.
  • Coordinate with production staff to manage manufacturing data and raw materials.
  • Prepare customer documents such as MSDS, Halal Statement, and COA.
  • Manage procurement including allocation, checking, and usage of raw materials.
  • Issue sample batch forms for customer sample requests.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control records.

Administrative Tasks:
  • Generate and provide raw material cost (RMC) for quotations.
  • Maintain quotation files and update customer product lists.
  • Support halal/kosher certification processes for raw materials.
  • Handle other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in procurement, chemical industries, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a good team player.
