Asset Inventory Coordinator

The Asset Inventory Coordinator plays a pivotal role in optimizing regional inventory levels for a given product portfolio. This involves meeting sales requirements for a specific business unit while mitigating risk and minimizing excess or suboptimal inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily inventory management through IMS, including local suppliers and global transfers.
  • Purchase order review to maximize asset utilization via Inventory Management System.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on stocking packages.
  • Analyze and profile inventory, including common bond, customer-specific, and NCNR items.
  • Develop initiatives to reduce bad and excess inventory.
  • Resolve pricing discrepancies with marketing and suppliers.
  • Address receiving discrepancies with APDC and marketing.
  • Ensure proper management of quality issues with suppliers.
  • C coordinate stock rotation quantity and amount with Marketer and Senior Product Manager-Asset.
  • Promptly release purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Maintain relevant documents prior to buying CUSPEC/NCNR parts.
  • Adhere to Asset Buy Process SOP.
  • Meet quarterly inventory/PBO targets set by management.
  • Provide guidance to MSR-Marketing Support Representative.

Recommended Qualifications:

A minimum of a GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification is required. Experience in purchasing or a similar capacity is preferred, but candidates with no experience are also welcome to apply.
