Job Title:
Inventory Coordinator

The Inventory Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day inventory and purchasing operations for construction and logistics projects. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent coordination skills to ensure smooth material flow.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
  • Conduct regular stock counts.
  • Assist with purchasing: source suppliers, compare prices, and issue purchase orders.
  • Track deliveries and coordinate with vendors.
  • Prepare and dispatch goods to sites/projects.
  • Maintain proper records and monthly reports.
  • Support operations with material forecasts.
  • Follow Goods Receipt (GRN) and inventory control procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience in inventory, purchasing, or logistics, preferably in the construction industry or similar environment.
