Inventory Coordinator Role

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Coordinator to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all warehouse activities comply with safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Collaborating with internal departments on inventory control, inspection processes, and logistics management.
  • Receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
  • Organizing and storing inventory in designated areas, adhering to quality control measures.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, locations, and movement.
  • Conducting regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Operating and maintaining warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Working collaboratively with team members to complete tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels qualifications or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and equipment.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
  • Possess Forklift license.
  • Able to work flexible shifts including morning and night shifts.
