Financial Process Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Shift Finance Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating operational activities during the night shift.
Job Description:- Coordinate operational activities, ad-hoc tasks by reporting manager, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and quality standards.
- Address and resolve operational issues; collaborate with relevant departments.
- Generate timely reports on operational accounts and activities, in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Facilitate clear communication between the team and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and information flow.
- Identify process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Finance, Admin, Operations or relevant domain.
- Experience in Microsoft Office tools.
- Good communicator, team player and good ownership traits.
- Experience in finance or banking industry is preferred.
- Advanced understanding and/or experience working in a Cryptocurrency/Blockchain/Fintech/Finance Trading domain is preferred.
