Job Description

The role of a Financial Operations Specialist is to ensure the seamless execution of financial processes within an organization.

This includes managing financial data, reconciliations, and reporting to stakeholders. Key objectives include:

  • Process and manage financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles and procedures.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of sales and purchase records between departments.
  • Extract and analyze financial data from multiple sources to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management and other stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with reconciliations, variance analysis, and management reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skills to extract and manipulate data from different systems.
