Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial data entry and invoice processing. The incumbent will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date financial records, including bank reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry and Invoice Processing: Accurately enter financial data into our system and process invoices in a timely manner.
  • Bank Reconciliations and Financial Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including bank reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Audits: Gather and organize financial documents for internal and external audits.
