We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Hougang, Singapore. This is a full-time opportunity that requires the right candidate to have a strong background in maintenance and repair of mobility equipment, building facilities, and systems.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in M&E building facilities maintenance, with a proven track record of routine preventive maintenance and repair. They should also be able to handle technical issues, troubleshoot, and resolve problems on-site.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Routine preventive maintenance and repair of mobility equipment, including safety checks, tracking equipment, and maintaining logs.
  • Maintenance of building facilities and systems such as mechanical, electrical, sanitary, plumbing, air-conditioning, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Maintenance of furniture and equipment.
  • Periodic inspection of facilities to identify issues and perform necessary maintenance.
  • Handle technical issues, troubleshoot, and resolve problems on-site.
  • Address technical and operational issues raised by internal and external customers, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure service delivery.
  • Maintain and update maintenance records and documentation, including data entry.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Supervisor.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • ITE qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in M&E building facilities maintenance.
  • Experience in maintaining mobile medical equipment (e.g., wheelchairs, shower trolleys, hospital beds) is an advantage.
  • Pleasant personality, good attitude, team spirit, and hands-on approach.
