We are seeking a skilled and friendly Customer Service Officer cum Admin to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Job Description:- We offer a challenging role where you will be interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person to provide accurate information about our products and services.
- You will also be responsible for processing orders, returns, and refunds, as well as maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- In addition, you will develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales work for the agency
- Answering customer inquiries
- Investigating and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively
- Offering accurate and helpful information about products and services
- Addressing customer grievances and concerns professionally
- Processing orders, returns, and refunds
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay
- Ability to take CEI FDW course and exam
- No experience required; training will be provided
Up to $3,500 salary
14 Days Annual Leave
AWS and WFH Flexibility from 2nd year of employment onwards
Working Hours:Monday to Friday: 10.00AM to 6.00PM
Alternate Saturday: 10.00AM to 2.00PM
