Roles & Responsibilities:
Job Overview:
As a Customer Service and Administration Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients at the counter of our office.
You will also handle administrative duties, including but not limited to answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
Additionally, you may be assigned other ad-hoc duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.
Working Arrangements:
Location: Commonwealth
Working Hours:
5 Day Work Week, Mondays to Sundays, 9.00am to 6.00pm, with a 1-hour lunch break
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Salary: $2300 per month
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service roles is desirable
- Good communication skills are essential
