We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our Group HR team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing group-wide HR initiatives.
About the Role:
The HR Manager will be responsible for collaborating with the Director, Group HR to review, update, and align HR policies and procedures across the organization. Key responsibilities include leading initiatives for the standardization of organizational structures to optimize efficiency and consistency, driving the alignment and harmonization of employee benefits programs across the group, assisting in the development and implementation of group-level HR strategies and frameworks, and providing expert advice and guidance on complex HR matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1-2 years in a senior HR role focusing on strategic HR initiatives is required. Proven experience in HR policy development, organizational design, and benefits alignment is essential. Additionally, strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities are necessary.
