Job Title: Assistant Manager, Front Office

At OASIA HOTEL NOVENA, SINGAPORE, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Front Office team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise the day-to-day activities of all sections within the Front Office, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor and maintain cash float amounts, authorizing rate and room changes, paid outs, and cash advances in accordance with hotel procedures and credit policies.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive corporate image and ensuring that all staff project a professional demeanor to guests.
  • Collaborate with the Security department to handle guest incidents, thefts, or undesirable conduct, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Optimize room inventory to maximize revenue, while ensuring guests are attended to with promptness, courtesy, and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in any field, preferably in Hospitality, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to drive results and lead a team.
  • Knowledge of Opera System and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and initiative.
