The Role

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Develop and optimize dialer campaigns, scripts, and call routing strategies.
  • Maintain system security, backups, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Provide training and support to agents and supervisors on system usage.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate new technologies.

Ideal Profile

  • Proven experience as a call center administrator/manager.
  • Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols.
  • Experience with campaign setup, lead management, and dialer performance tuning.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM and API integrations is a plus.
