Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Purchasing Coordinator to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the purchasing team in various areas, including automation of purchasing reporting, publishing buyer key performance indicators, and working with cross-functional teams on disposition of non-conformity material.

Scope of Work
  1. Automation of Purchasing Reporting: Assist the purchasing team in automating purchasing reports as needed.
  2. Publish Buyer Key Performance Indicator: Publish key performance indicators for buyers to track progress.
  3. Disposition of Non-Conformity Material: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve non-conformity material issues.
  4. Assist Buyers: Provide support to buyers on purchase order-related matters.
  5. Liaise with Suppliers: Communicate with suppliers on purchase order-related matters.
  6. Clean Room Visit: Visit the clean room to gain product knowledge and understanding of production processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Demonstrate ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
