Purchasing Coordinator

We're seeking a self-driven and responsible coordinator to drive growth for our business specializing in mobile accessories and lifestyle gadgets.
Responsibilities:
As a Purchasing Coordinator, you are responsible for raising purchase orders, monitoring the shipment of goods and maintaining procurement records. This role also assist in the sourcing of products and overall product selection process.
- Source and work closely with suppliers on product selection, pricing and negotiations
- Process and track purchase orders, ensure timely and accurate delivery of stock
- Manage inventory level and supplier performance
- Data entry and documentation
- Facilitate product supply and coordinate in logistics
- Perform goods receiving duties and quality assurance checks on product
- Keep abreast with market trends and anticipate future trends
- Analyze sales data and assist with proposed buying strategies
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Pre-requisites for this role includes:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Good attitude and interpersonal skills
- A strong interest in trending mobile accessories and gadgets
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
- Detail orientated and high degree of accuracy
- Diploma in any field and relevant work experience will be advantageous
