Technical Desktop Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer (Team Lead) to lead our EUC team in providing technical assistance and support for desktop systems, hardware, software, and network issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning the teams' deployment schedules, providing technical guidance, and mentoring junior team members.
The ideal candidate will have professional certification in IT-related courses, good attitude with a willingness to learn and work in a team, experience in leading EUC Projects, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate deployment schedules for the team
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior team members
- Provide IT technical onsite support for end-user service problems
- Support desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners, and hardware components
- Install, re-install, troubleshoot, and reconfigure Microsoft Windows and Microsoft applications
- Support queries, escalation, problem determination, resolution, and MAC – move, add and change
- Resolve complex calls or tasks
- Prepare daily status reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in IT-related courses
- Good attitude with the willingness to learn and work in a team
- Experience in leading EUC Projects an added advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent client-facing skills with professional presence and excellent communication skills
