We are seeking a Card Payments Product Lead to develop innovative card-as-a-service (Caa S) solutions for fintechs, exchanges, and Web3 platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Cutting-Edge Caa S Solutions:

Build and scale a card-as-a-service product that enables clients to offer end-to-end card issuance and payment capabilities to their users effortlessly.

Optimize Product Workflows:

Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to streamline client configurations, enhance user onboarding journeys, and automate backend processes such as order handling, settlement, and reconciliation.

Drive Key Metrics:

Take ownership of operational metrics, including payment success rates, client integration timelines, and service-level agreements (SLAs), ensuring consistent improvement and excellence.

Leverage Data for Impact:

Use quantitative analysis, qualitative research, and customer insights to drive product decisions, including competitor benchmarking and user needs analysis.

Collaborate Across Functions:

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders—Engineering, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and more—to scale the product while delivering a best-in-class experience for both clients and end users.
