About the DepartmentAt Group Business Banking, our mandate is to provide straightforward honest banking through portfolio management, comprehensive services, and beyond banking solutions. We serve the SME community across 5 countries in the region.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement the regional bancassurance business plan in alignment with the Group Business Banking strategy and objectives.
- Manage relationships with key insurance partners to ensure delivery of business objectives and KPIs.
- Develop and implement a sales management framework, driving the performance of the regional teams to ensure targets are met.
- Drive the development of new insurance products in line with market trends and customer needs, working closely with insurance partners and internal stakeholders.
- Lead the digital transformation of the bancassurance business, including the development of the digital sales channel.
- Use data analytics to drive business decisions and improve performance across the bancassurance business.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders in developing and executing a digital marketing strategy, leveraging various methods to reach customers and drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze the market and competition to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 15 years of experience in the insurance industry or its equivalent, covering both life and general insurance across product and sales.
- Proven track record in managing bancassurance partnerships and delivering business results.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performance team.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Experience in digital transformation and development of digital sales channel.
- Proficiency in data analytics and ability to use data to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in digital marketing and development of digital marketing strategies is a plus.
