Job Summary

Clean Solutions PTE LTD is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement and Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing procurement processes, maintaining administrative records, and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Management
    • Review and process purchase requisitions and orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
    • Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and other contractual terms.
    • Manage company vehicle maintenance, including road tax, COE, and insurance policies.
  • Administrative Support
    • Handle applications and renewals of company licenses, including ISO certificates.
    • Manage foreign worker dormitory records and update information in the MOM website (OFWAS).
    • Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.
  • Skills
    • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in procurement, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Knowledge of procurement software and systems.
    • Ability to multitask and handle ad-hoc tasks.
