Job Title: Procurement & Admin Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement & Admin Support Executive to join our team at MONDE NISSIN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our procurement and administrative functions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement:
  • Support end-users in sourcing requests and supplier onboarding
  • Process orders, ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and resolve any discrepancies
  • Liaise with vendors to investigate and resolve issues
  • Prepare and maintain procurement records, including Item Master List, Vendor Master List, PR/PO Records, and Invoices
  • Monitor and follow up on open/unconfirmed Purchase Orders
  • Process e-commerce platform orders from entry to invoice, including ageing reports and courier billings
  • Manage inventory and replenishment, conduct weekly, monthly, and yearly stock-takes
  • Assist Finance with customer invoice billing queries
  • Process Goods Receipt and Purchase Requisition in SAP, and file Proof of Delivery PODs
  • Monitor Consignment Products Orders by Dates

Office Administration:
  • Update and maintain employee P-files
  • Assist in training administration arrangements for internal and external courses
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Procure office stationery, business cards, uniforms, and issue to employees
  • Attend to incoming inquiries or calls
  • Coordinate company events on special occasions
  • Assist in the internship program with local polytechnics, ITE College, and University
  • Update foreign employee addresses and contacts, apply for Work Permits, and prepare Employment Contracts
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Department Head of Human Resource & Procurement

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2-3 years of related working experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry (advantageous)
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply; on-job training provided
  • Good interpersonal skills, multitasking abilities, and customer-oriented attitude
  • Team player with a 'Can-Do' attitude, flexible, and improvement-minded
  • Work experience in administration/support functions advantageous
  • Proficiency in SAP system advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, attention to detail, and accuracy in data entry
  • 5-day workweek; work location at Kallang area; Full-Time Permanent role
