Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Administrative Manager to join our team at KIM HOCK CORPORATION PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing procurement policies and guidelines, developing and maximizing the functions of the procurement system, and leading the Purchasing and Admin team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Policy Development
    • Establish and maintain procurement policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with company requirements.
  • Procurement System Development
    • Develop and digitize the procurement system to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Tender Review and Compliance
    • Review tender documentation and ensure compliance with necessary requirements.
  • Document Management
    • Organize and manage a robust and systematic registry of files for the company's documentation.
  • Office Administration
    • Handle office administration matters, including ensuring compliance with government agency requirements.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead, develop, and oversee the Purchasing and Admin team.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Degree or Diploma in Business or Logistics.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of working experience.
  • Skills
    • Possess leadership capabilities with good administrative and interpersonal skills.
