Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Contact Centre team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels.
In this role, you will handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will also provide information and solutions to customers on our products and services.
You will work closely with our business partners to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information and solutions to customers on our products and services
- Work closely with business partners to resolve customer issues
- Improve the overall customer experience through feedback and suggestions
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in any discipline
- Passion for customer service
- Able to work in a team
- Good English language skills
- Able to speak Mandarin (a must for supporting Mandarin-speaking customer segments)
- Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Able to commit to 24/7 rotating shift work
