Job Title: Property Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Officer to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, providing supervision and support to contractors, and maintaining high standards of maintenance and upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance activities, including breakdown and preventive maintenance, to ensure timely completion and compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Perform regular inspections of common property areas, identifying and reporting any defects or issues that require attention, and taking corrective action as necessary.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to maintenance procedures and protocols to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Certify completion of jobs undertaken by contractors and make recommendations for payment.
  • Coordinate all consultancy works on maintenance matters performed by professional consultants and apply for necessary licenses and certificates from relevant authorities.
  • Analyze reported breakdowns and faults to determine their cause and implement measures to prevent future occurrences.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Facilities Management Services, Estate Management, Building Maintenance, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in property maintenance or facilities management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
