About the Job
As a Commercial Properties Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our commercial properties, ensuring that they remain in good condition and meet regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for managing resident/tenant feedback and arrears cases, ensuring timely resolution and addressing any concerns or issues.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our commercial properties, including scheduling and coordinating repairs and routine maintenance works.
* Conduct regular inspections of common property areas to identify any potential issues or defects, and recommend necessary works or repairs.
* Manage resident/tenant feedback and arrears cases, ensuring timely resolution and addressing any concerns or issues.
* Collaborate with professional consultants on maintenance-related projects, securing necessary licenses and certifications as needed.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for property maintenance and upkeep.

Requirements
* Relevant diploma or degree in a field such as Building/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management.
* At least 3 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
* Valid Fire Safety Manager certification.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
