As a dynamic Sales Portfolio Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion across Asia for key account portfolio at IFF's Scent division.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute regional business strategies to meet commercial targets: sales, margin, and performance.
- Manage resources effectively and participate in formulating annual budgets and forecasts.
- Cultivate close relationships with customers across South-East and North Asia to deliver value.
Tech-Savvy Innovator
Utilize AI tools to connect IFF's creative capabilities, innovation programs, and consumer understanding to deliver tailored propositions to customers.
Lead by Example
- Mentor junior team members and interns to foster growth within the commercial team.
- Influence project teams as an inclusive leader.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales and account management, particularly in Fragrance manufacturing.
- Strong negotiation and business acumen skills, with excellent customer relationship management abilities.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with project management and prioritization skills.
We Offer
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
