The successful candidate will conduct drive tests using industry-standard tools and equipment, collect and log RF performance data, analyze drive test logs, and generate detailed reports highlighting key findings and recommendations.

The ideal candidate will work with optimization teams to fine-tune network parameters for improved performance, benchmark operator networks against competitors, and ensure compliance with test plans and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 4G/5G drive tests using industry-standard tools and equipment (e.g., TEMS, Nemo).
  • Collect, log, and validate RF performance data including coverage, signal quality, throughput, and call drop statistics.
  • Analyze drive test logs and generate detailed reports highlighting key findings, issues, and recommendations.
  • Identify and troubleshoot RF issues such as coverage gaps, interference, call setup failures, and poor handovers.
  • Work with optimization teams to fine-tune network parameters for improved performance.
  • Benchmark operator networks against competitors to assess quality of service (QoS).
  • Ensure compliance with test plans, schedules, and customer requirements.
Qualifications & Skills

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with drive test tools, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in RF engineering, specifically with 4G/5G drive testing.
  • Hands-on experience with drive test tools (e.g., TEMS Investigation, Nemo Outdoor).
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and produce actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
