Job Title: RF Engineer

The RF Engineer will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance work on RAN equipment, managing daily operations, diagnosing and resolving network issues, implementing updates and upgrades, monitoring efficiency, and enhancing effectiveness.

This includes designing and planning RF network coverage using test tools like spectrum analyzers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • ITE, Diploma or equivalent academic qualification
  • Positive work attitude, self-motivated with a customer first mindset
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong team player to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Possess 3-years working experience in out-field operations with at least 1-year relevant experience in the mobile network industry
  • Possess experience in commissioning/maintaining of BTS equipment
  • Possess Class 3 driving license
  • Experience in RF Testing for indoor or outdoor is an advantage
  • Experience working in Network Operation Centre (NOC)
