General:
We are an OEM startup aiming at dry etching process tool with headquater based in Singapore.

Job scope:
**1.RF Power Generation and Delivery**:

- **Designing RF Generators**: Develop and design RF generators to produce high-frequency power (typically 13.56 MHz or 400kHz).
- **Impedance Matching Networks**: Create and tune impedance matching networks to ensure efficient power transfer and minimize reflections

**2.Capacitive Coupling**:

- **Electrode Design**: Design electrodes for capacitive coupling, ensuring they are positioned and sized correctly to create a stable and uniform plasma.
- **Chamber Configuration**: Configure the etching chamber to support capacitive coupling, including the placement of powered and grounded electrodes.

**3.DC Biasing in RF Systems**:

- **Bias Power Supplies**: Design and implement DC bias power supplies to control the ion energy impacting the substrate.
- **Bias Voltage Control**: Develop methods to precisely control the bias voltage applied to the substrate, adjusting ion energy for desired etch characteristics.

**4.Control Systems**:

- **Feedback Mechanisms**: Implement real-time feedback systems to monitor and adjust RF power, voltage, and current to maintain process stability.
- **Automation**: Integrate PLCs, microcontrollers, or DSPs to automate the control of RF generators and bias supplies.

**5.Monitoring and Diagnostics**:

- **Sensors and Probes**: Install and maintain sensors and probes to monitor plasma characteristics, such as ion density, electron temperature, and chamber pressure.
- **Diagnostic Tools**: Utilize diagnostic tools (e.g., network analyzers, spectrum analyzers) to troubleshoot and optimize the RF system and plasma process.

**6.Safety Protocols**:

- **High-Voltage Safety**: Implement and enforce safety protocols for handling high-voltage equipment.
- **RF Exposure Safety**: Ensure compliance with safety standards to protect personnel from RF exposure.

Job qualification:
1.At least 5 years direct experience with RF/electrical system for equipment.

2.Good skill of simulation, prototype and POC.

3. Good knowledge of RF theory and design, resonant circuit design, plasma physics.

4. Good knowledge of PLC and industrial communication protocols.

5.Good personal communication skills and problem-solving attitude.
