**Job Descriptions**:

- Perform site selection, site survey, site planning, radio network planning, RF planning, capacity planning, link budget and acceptance test for iDEN, TETRA and 4G network
- Perform drive test, post-processing, analysis the drive test data, identify any problem and rectify the problems
- Analyse network statistic and perform RF optimization for Tetra and 4G sites and performance monitoring
- Familiar with RF planning and testing tools such as Atoll, Nemo Handy, Nemo Analyzer, Google Earth, MapInfo Professional etc.
- Experience in 4G mobile network and has knowledge on RAN and Core
- To perform standby after office hr and when required by the company.
- Able to be recalled after working hours to handle emergency situations.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary education qualification majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of RF planning & optimization experience in LTE mobile network deployment.
- Excellent in the fundamentals of network planning, radio access technologies and antenna systems.
- Experience in multi-vendor wireless equipment operation and network optimization.
- Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, acrobat, etc.
- Knowledge of Linus, SIP, Unix, AWS Cloud will be added advantage
- Must have class 3 driving licence and has minimum 1 year of driving experience
