RF Network Optimization Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented RF Network Optimization Engineer to optimize network performance. This role is responsible for conducting drive tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying issues, and collaborating with optimization teams to improve network quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct drive tests in various locations to ensure network coverage and quality meet operational standards.
- Collect, analyze, and validate data from drive test logs to identify areas of improvement.
- Work closely with optimization teams to develop and implement solutions to address identified issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination on network optimization efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and methodologies to maintain expertise in drive testing and network optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in RF engineering, specifically with drive testing.
- Hands-on experience with drive test tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
