We are currently seeking a highly skilled RF engineer to conduct 4G/LTE drive tests and optimize network performance.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and equipment, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct 4G/5G drive tests to collect, log, and validate RF performance data.
  • Analyze drive test logs and generate detailed reports highlighting key findings, issues, and recommendations.
  • Identify and troubleshoot RF issues such as coverage gaps, interference, call setup failures, and poor handovers.
  • Benchmark operator networks against competitors to assess quality of service (QoS).
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in RF engineering, specifically with 4G/5G drive testing.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and produce actionable insights.
