Job Title: RF Systems Specialist
Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced RF systems specialist to deliver high-quality RAN maintenance, upgrades, and optimization services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of radio frequency engineering principles and practices, as well as hands-on experience with RAN equipment commissioning and maintenance.
Duties:
- Perform RAN preventive/corrective maintenance, managing daily operations and upkeep of RAN equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve network issues to maintain performance.
- Implement updates and upgrades for RAN components.
- Monitor and enhance the RAN's efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct RF testing and troubleshooting, including design and planning of RF network coverage using RF test tools.
- Identify and execute corrective actions for network failures, report, and update customers.
Requirements:
- Possess 3-years working experience in out-field operations, with at least 1-year relevant experience in the mobile network industry.
- Possess experience in commissioning/maintaining of BTS equipment.
- Possess Class 3 driving license.
A successful RF systems specialist will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
