RAN Network Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.
- Daily Operations and Maintenance: Manage RAN equipment, diagnose network issues, implement updates, and monitor efficiency. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
- RAN Testing and Optimization: Perform RF testing, troubleshoot RF network coverage, and optimize Outdoor 4G and in-building projects. Our ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience with RAN testing and optimization.
- System Monitoring and Resolution: Monitor network failures, execute corrective actions, report to stakeholders, liaise with maintenance agencies, and assist in log retrieval. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication abilities.
- General Responsibilities: Support project delivery, work with contractors, prepare technical documentation, travel offshore, perform standby duty, and climb ladders safely. Our Network Infrastructure Specialist will be expected to work collaboratively with our teams to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
- Able to work outdoors, have a customer-first mindset, possess strong teamwork skills, and hold at least 3 years of experience in out-field operations. A Class 3 driving license is required, and experience in RF Testing or NOC is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
