Job Title

Develop and execute strategic investment initiatives in the data center sector, encompassing opportunity identification and informed decision-making. Oversee the entire lifecycle of data center investments, from site selection and acquisition to design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including investment valuation, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies within the data center space.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, engineering, IT, computing science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in investment management within the data center, real estate, private equity, infrastructure, IT, or technology industry.
  • Strong financial acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong leadership capabilities.
