Strategic Business Development Director

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Business Development Director to lead our cross-border initiatives and drive business success.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and implementation of consulting projects, encompassing strategy design, market entry, M&A/PMI, operating model development, and transformation execution. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, with a proven track record of delivering multiple projects while engaging senior stakeholders at the C-suite level.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of consulting projects, ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Cultivation of high-performing project teams, guaranteeing quality, budgetary, and timeline adherence.
- Fostering collaboration across diverse teams and functions to drive business success.
- Engagement with senior stakeholders, structuring complex problems and delivering tangible outcomes.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, preferably in Strategy, Management, M&A-PMI, Transformation, or PMO roles.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in client-facing positions and a track record of delivering multiple projects.
- Proficiency in both Japanese and English languages to effectively communicate with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and cross-cultural exposure skills to navigate complex business environments.
