Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze end-user demands and market trends to identify new business opportunities.

  • Consolidate product requests from all SBUs to strategize new product roadmaps with positioning against current products (anti-cannibalization).

  • Set sales targets and estimate new product sales contributions against development investments to measure success.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering or relevant field.
  • Experience in the air-conditioning industry is highly desirable.
  • Objectivity and analytical approach in assessing product requests, planning, and strategy.
  • Good knowledge of economics and current market trends.
  • Ability to develop product strategies using logical approaches.
  • Proactive and influential personality with persuasion and decision-driving abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
