Enterprise Software Sales Manager

V V Technology seeks an exceptional Enterprise Software Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the software industry.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- BUILD and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B software sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain high professional and technical knowledge standard.
- Fluent in English and Chinese for interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients or staff at the China branch.
