Design and Deliver Precision BIM Models

The ideal candidate will develop, prepare, and refine detailed building information models (BIM) for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines in accordance with project requirements. This involves coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models, managing the integration process, and performing clash detection.

BIM Documentation and Delivery

The selected individual will create, update, and maintain BIM documentation, including construction/shop drawings, tender documents, and as-built models. They must ensure timely delivery of BIM-related documents and drawings in line with project schedules and submission deadlines.

Standards, Templates, and Object Libraries

This role requires developing and maintaining the company's BIM standards, templates, and object libraries to ensure consistency and compliance across all projects. The successful candidate will conduct model quality checks to verify accuracy, adherence to project standards, and compliance with BIM modeling requirements.

Collaboration and Technical Support

The chosen professional will collaborate with project teams to resolve design conflicts and improve constructability using BIM coordination tools like Navisworks or similar platforms. Additionally, they will support CSD meetings by presenting BIM models and providing technical input to aid decision-making and planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
  • Good communication skills in English (verbally and written) and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Understanding LTA submission requirements and building regulations is an added advantage.
