Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing building information models, including 3D designs, layouts, sections, elevations, schedules, and details.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed 3D models using Autodesk Revit/Bentley OBD/ArchiCAD
  • Evaluate and ensure models and drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and specifications
  • Demonstrate precision in delivering high-quality models and drawings
  • Analyse and resolve drafting errors promptly
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure drawings/models meet site requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent from a recognized University
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings for all disciplines
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
