Job Description

We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to lead the development of multi-disciplinary building information models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualisation and Drawing Production: Good understanding in drawings and able to conceptualise what details are necessary for a complete set of drawings.
  • BIM Modelling: Reasonably knowledgeable and experienced in BIM tools including but not limited to Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
  • Model Management: To produce multi-disciplinary BIM models in a timely manner and with quality.
  • Discrepancy Management: Highlight model / drawing discrepancies, missing information or potential issues to Project Manager.
  • Solution Development: Able to propose solutions to the discrepancies.
  • Documentation Assistance: Assist in preparation of BIM documentation such as RFI, sheets, schedules, 3D presentation, report, drawing list, tracking list, chronological order of events and time sheet.
  • Project Setup: Assist in the initial setup of BIM projects, including but not limited to project template, Revit family library, title block, CDE and workflows.
  • BIM Standards Development: Assist in development of BIM standards, protocol and library.
  • Collaboration: To support collaborations with project architects, engineers, clients, consultants and contractors in terms of BIM implementation.
