Job Role Overview

  • Create accurate and precise 3D models of buildings and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit M&E shop drawings based on as-built drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications and requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to implement drawing amendments and updates.
  • Assist with BIM documentation, modelling, and record-keeping.
  • Support the Project Manager with project completion and other ad hoc responsibilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and ACMV Systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to work in team environment.
