Job Title:
BIM Modeller
Description:
Create high-quality building information models (BIMs) to support construction and project execution. Work closely with teams to ensure accurate and detailed models that align with project specifications and standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Create, develop, and model detailing of building structures, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Develop and update BIM models using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools, to meet project requirements.
  • E nsure models align with project specifications and standards, ensuring seamless collaboration among team members.
  • Prepare documentation for authorities' submissions and construction purposes, showcasing your attention to detail.
  • Create realistic, intelligent, and highly accurate BIM models of building exteriors and interiors, highlighting precise and valuable pre-construction information.
  • Include essential details such as material specifications, quantities estimates, time schedules, and costs estimates in the BIM models.
  • Create libraries/families of information related to standards, various styles, and building components specifications necessary for engineering coordination.
  • Provide technical support to team members in resolving modeling issues, demonstrating your expertise and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Structural/Architecture/Engineering/Construction/MEP or equivalent qualifications.

• Minimum 1 year experience in building construction and project execution, with a solid understanding of industry standards and best practices.

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant software applications.

• Strong technical knowledge and planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works, with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.

• A positive attitude and proactive mindset, with adaptability to working independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
