Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Modeler to join our team. As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and modeling detailing using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that models align with project specifications and standards. You will also be required to prepare documentation for authorities' submissions and construction documentation.

In addition, you will create realistic, intelligent, and highly accurate BIM models of building exteriors and interiors. This will include precise and valuable pre-construction information such as material specifications, quantities estimates, time schedules, and costs estimates.

You will also be responsible for creating libraries/families of information related to standards, various styles, building components specifications necessary for engineering coordination.

Furthermore, you will provide technical support to team members in resolving modeling issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Structural/Architecture/Engineering/Construction/MEP or equivalent.
  • Minimally 1 year experience in building construction and project execution.
  • Knowledge and experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.
  • Good technical knowledge and planning skills in managing modeling and drafting works.
  • Good communication, writing & interpersonal skills.
  • Having a positive attitude and proactive mindset.
  • Adaptable to working both independently and as a team player, with the ability to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines.
